Coffee: 10/10 Food: Very good Atmosphere: Close to perfect. I honestly love this place. I actually have had conversations with the owner and what a cool guy! The staff is very friendly and that clearly starts from the top down. I’m happy to support the shop whenever I’m in the area. It’s my go to, and it should be yours too!

One of my favorite local coffee shops! A friend originally recommended it to me, and I’ve been coming back ever since. I’ve spent hours here studying on their comfortable couches, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing. The coffee is high quality, the staff is friendly, and the crowd is diverse and interesting. You’ll see people having group meetings, studying, playing games, working on creative projects, or just enjoying the space. There’s a great community vibe that makes it easy to stay for a while. Another bonus is that you can order food from the restaurant next door, which makes it an even better spot to spend a few hours. Always a great experience!

This shop feels lived in, in a special way. The thrift store adds to this nostalgia. The coffee itself is delicious and I am not really going there for the syrups and cold foams so it’s perfect for my type. Since moving to concord, I had to find a new “home” shop now that I’m too far from my usual in Charlotte and Provided has been good to me. I have been acknowledged by almost every barista throughout the week that has made an effort to remember me/my order and there aren’t enough words to describe how such a small gesture as that makes someone’s day. To be loved is to be seen I guess and especially over my morning cup of joe? Romance. I sometimes order decaf because im pregnant, and once when one of the baristas was learning my order I had been on a decaf stint. Before serving me a regular caf one day, she confirmed before that my order was intentional, which meant the world to me because it could’ve been a mistake that really hurt someone else (I just needed some extra caffeine that day!). The humanness of it all is exactly why I love this place. Iced caramel latte forever for me

I got the Iced Red velvet latte with oatmilk& Olive cake. Both were so good. Especially the latte was so good. The flavor of bean was so deep and flavored. I will try get a hot one next time. One thing I didn't like it was hard to find the entrance. Definitely I will visit again :)

We were excited to check out this coffee shop. It’s a huge warehouse with plenty of open space. The concept is great, but the vintage old used clothes just threw us off. We decided to look around and everything was used, very expensive and some shirts we picked up had stains. The coffee bar was busy, but it was very small and did not look like they had treats as well. We decided to leave. I would give it 3 stars for the unique place, but not the type of coffee shop we were looking for.
